In fact, the floorplan was so huge and the budget so tight, the team couldn’t even tackle all the rooms.

Interior designer Wendy Moore’s main task was creating a sense of home and of the lifestyle a buyer could lead, with a particular focus on country style and love of horses.
Selling Houses Australia Maroubra: an elegant style revival
The team from Selling Houses Australia took on the renovation of a semi-detached home in the beachside suburb of Maroubra, New South Wales in episode 6 of season 15. Homeowner Romano and his two daughters were looking to find him a new, more accessible home following the sad passing of his wife of nearly 60 years. Romano absolutely adored living in Maroubra, despite the home’s location on a busy main road. Other deterrents to the sale included the home’s clunky floorplan and decidedly tired vibe. Luckily, bathroom renovations were not needed, allowing interior designer Wendy Moore’s kitchen design ideas to take a bigger share of the budget.
