The team from Selling Houses Australia took on the renovation of a semi-detached home in the beachside suburb of Maroubra, New South Wales in episode 6 of season 15. Homeowner Romano and his two daughters were looking to find him a new, more accessible home following the sad passing of his wife of nearly 60 years. Romano absolutely adored living in Maroubra, despite the home’s location on a busy main road. Other deterrents to the sale included the home’s clunky floorplan and decidedly tired vibe.
